Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing and PFMEA.
• Proven Kaizen and continuous improvement background.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development for programs focusing on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and CI.
• Manage cross-functional teams to implement robust solutions.
