Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Related Field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of Product or Manufacturing experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with 2D / 3D CAD, M365.
• Relocation benefits are being offered for this position. Relocation within 50 miles of Olean, NY will be considered.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.

Aufgaben

• Interface with all levels of manufacturing and product engineering to drive process improvements and controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing equipment issues; write engineering documents to support changes.
• Assist in design, maintenance and interpretation of performance measurement systems to increase production efficiency.
• Design, procure, fabricate, and implement fixtures and manufacturing equipment; support tooling and production requirements.
• Plan, organize, control and lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Conduct DFMEA/PFMEA sessions to identify risks and develop response plans.
