Job summary

Eaton's Power Systems Division is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Olean, NY. The role offers relocation assistance and a salary range of $86,000 to $126,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining plant engineering functions, coordinating equipment and processes, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Product or Manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with 2D/3D CAD, MS 365.
• Relocation benefits are offered for this position; candidate within 50 miles of Olean, NY will be considered.
• Must be able to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain plant engineering functions to support operations.
• Interface with manufacturing and product engineering to drive process improvements and controls.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment issues and write engineering documents.
• Lead cost improvements and performance measurement initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Plan, organize, and lead multiple projects while ensuring safety and compliance.
