Responsibilities

• Apply lean methods to improve quality, reliability, and cost.
• Ensure processes meet MESH standards and quality controls.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities via fabrication, tooling, and methods.
• Analyze labor and material costs to aid management decisions.
• Improve plant workflow, equipment placement, and space use.
• Assist capital equipment decisions including payback and NPV analysis.
• Collaborate with Plant Leadership to implement solutions on the floor.
• Support New Product Development launches with manufacturing input.
• Document processes with clear work instructions.
• Generate and implement engineering changes to reduce cost.
