Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to bridge design and production. You will introduce new products to the floor, define processes, and drive continuous improvement to improve line efficiency and quality.

We value Lean/Six Sigma expertise and experience with CAD tools like Siemens NX, in a fast-moving, on-site Milwaukee operation. A BS in engineering is required, with a master’s preferred and a track record in large assembly settings.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering required; master's preferred.
• Experience in a large assembly operation is expected.
• Proficiency with Lean/Six Sigma concepts and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, support, and lead introduction of products to the manufacturing floor.
• Lead setup of assembly lines and document processes for new and existing products.
• Develop operation method sheets and drive lean improvements to reduce waste and cost.
• Troubleshoot production line issues and advance safety practices.
• Lead ISO compliance initiatives and capital equipment justification.
