Job summary

Pelco Solutions in Edmond, OK, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing processes and methods across the facility. You will establish standards, document workflows, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Experience with ISO 9001 processes and ERP systems, including tooling design.
• Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engineering authority for manufacturing process decisions and ensure standards are applied across production.
• Provide technical leadership by establishing standardized methods, work instructions, and production requirements.
• Lead and mentor Manufacturing Engineers in developing and supporting processes.
• Establish BOMs, routers, and engineering drawings to support production.
• Review and approve manufacturing changes with proper documentation and controls.
• Support quality initiatives and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues.
