Job summary

Pelco Solutions in Edmond, OK is seeking a hands-on Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing methods and standards across the facility. You will drive safe, repeatable production, document procedures, and mentor engineers while supporting new product introductions.

The ideal candidate will apply DFMA, ISO 9001 practices, and ERP basics to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Strong collaboration across production, quality, and maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Experience with ISO 9001 processes and procedures, including audits.
• Experience with ERP manufacturing systems.
• DFM and DFA principles understanding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engineering authority for manufacturing process decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and establish standardized methods and work instructions.
• Lead and mentor Manufacturing Engineers responsible for developing and supporting processes.
• Develop manufacturing strategies including tooling selection and equipment recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and implement corrective actions.
