Job summary

SPOC Energy is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to establish and lead the manufacturing engineering discipline. You will translate product engineering into safe, repeatable processes for complex hybrid energy systems, and you’ll drive shop-floor readiness for ERP and MES integrations.

You will develop routings, labor standards, and assembly instructions, collaborating with Production, Quality, Materials, and Continuous Improvement to improve safety, quality, and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum several years of manufacturing-engineering experience.
• Experience translating designs into production-ready processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing methods, routings, standard work, and work instructions.
• Lead ERP/MES readiness and shop-floor system integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Conduct line-balancing, takt-time, and capacity analyses.
• Support continuous improvement and waste-reduction initiatives.
