Job summary

UE Manufacturing in Oklahoma City is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize production processes at 10000 NW 2nd, OK 73127. You will create SOPs, study costs, and perform lean initiatives while leveraging Oracle data management for routers and BOMs.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, strong analytical skills, and experience with manufacturing and Oracle. Six Sigma Greenbelt is preferred, with emphasis on cost-effective, scalable solutions across plant operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt certification preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience, preferably oil and gas equipment.
• Oracle experience required, incl. routers and BOMs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead independently and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• Conduct time studies and cost reviews of existing processes.
• Create working instructions, SOPs, and workflow diagrams to standardize shop processes.
• Create and maintain Oracle routers for manufactured products.
• Review Engineering Change Orders affecting inventory and product lifecycle.
• Investigate quality issues and implement root-cause corrective actions.
• Plan factory layout and material flow to improve productivity.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across production lines.
