Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of hands-on product design and engineering analysis experience.
• FE certification is preferred or can be obtained.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Inventor 3D modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products and improvements to existing products or product lines.
• Create designs using Autodesk Inventor with attention to manufacturability.
• Lead design reviews with cross-functional teams including marketing and manufacturing.
• Develop prototypes and sign off on first article inspections as needed.
• Ensure designs meet cost targets and comply with regulatory and safety standards.
