Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions division seeks an EHS Manager for the Sherman, TX location. This role leads environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Eaton MESH requirements.

You will develop and implement EHS strategies, drive performance metrics, and engage leadership to maintain a zero-incident safety culture across sites. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years EHS experience in manufacturing are required; CSP is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Environmental, Health & Safety in manufacturing/operations.
• Sponsorship for visa/work authorization not available for this role.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• Preferred: CSP certification; auditing EHS compliance experience; people leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide EHS leadership for Sherman Plant Operations.
• Develop, implement, and sustain EHS programs and procedures to meet regulatory and MESH requirements.
• Lead indicators and tracking of EHS performance against targets.
• Conduct risk assessments and formulate mitigation actions with leadership.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure permits compliance (air, water, wastewater, storm water).
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture through safety programs and engagement.
