Job summary

Tenneco Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, and Technical Services in our high-volume plant.

You will drive engineering solutions, sustain equipment and infrastructure, and lead cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. You will manage budgets, support new product launches, and ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field.
8–10+ years in engineering/maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
5+ years leading technical or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, Tooling, and Technical Services to support safe, efficient operations.
Develop and coach technical teams across shifts, including hiring, training, and succession planning.
Oversee capital and maintenance programs, budgets, and supplier management.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards and audit readiness.
Collaborate across operations, quality, supply chain, and customers to meet site objectives.
Monitor KPIs like uptime, OEE, downtime, scrap, and maintenance cost.
