Job summary

Aperia is shaping the automation age for fleets with Halo technology. This role leads engineering production processes for new products and scalable improvements across multiple disciplines, including process qualification, supplier management, and data-driven improvements.

Expect ambitious plans, clear timelines, and hands-on execution. We value experience in high-volume production, strong problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering degree required.
• Experience in high-volume, low-mix production processes in automotive or medical industries preferred.
• Familiarity with PFMEAs and SPC methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Interact cross-functionally with Quality, Design Engineering, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Engineer and validate new/improved assembly processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Plan factory layouts and execute the plan.
• Create and maintain process documentation (flowcharts, PFMEAs, work instructions).
• Lead investigations of production yield issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collect, analyze and report data to identify process improvements.
• Document and execute non-standard builds from process to material handling.
