Aperia Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead production processes for new and existing products in a high-volume environment.

You will develop and optimize assembly processes, document workflows, and drive efficiency improvements while coordinating with quality and design teams. Responsibilities include process qualification, equipment specification, and implementing manufacturing change orders to reduce costs and improve yield.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree required in industrial, mechanical, electrical or similar field.
• Experience in high-volume, low-mix production environments (5–8 years).
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Familiarity with PFMEAs and quality processes.
• Experience with PLM/ERP systems (Arena, Netsuite).

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Design Engineering, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Engineer and validate assembly processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Plan factory layout and execute space utilization.
• Create and manage process documentation, flowcharts, PFMEAs, work instructions.
• Lead investigations of production yield issues.
• Collect and analyze data to drive process improvements.
• Document and execute non-standard builds and material handling.
