Hadrian is building autonomous factories to accelerate aerospace and defense manufacturing. Hadrian seeks a Manufacturing Engineer for the HAD 24 Role to advance, test, and optimize processes, ensuring high quality and efficiency in production.

You will lead projects, operate equipment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate processes and support product development. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical discipline.
Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing technologies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage manufacturing engineering projects from concept through production.
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and systems.
Develop, test, and optimize manufacturing processes for operational excellence.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and high-quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless process integration and product development.
