Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead process development and optimization across local and global sites in the United States. The role focuses on efficient production flow, tool selection, and rigorous quality standards.

You will collaborate with global teams to improve policies, procedures, and controls, while mentoring staff in manufacturing engineering practices and project management. A compressed work schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience; or 9 years for consideration.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality locally and globally.
• Improve policies, procedures, and controls with cross-functional teams.
• Design, source and cost-justify tooling and equipment aligned with production goals.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to drive improvements.
• Create clear work instructions and procedures for local and global sites.
• Provide technical support for complex manufacturing operations.
• Promote safety, compliance and continuous improvement across sites.
