Job summary

You will work across live projects, gain end-to-end knowledge of manufacturing engineering, and rotate through multi-month placements to learn new technologies and processes.

You’ll collaborate with teams on equipment introductions, process improvements and supplier collaboration, while traveling between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduating between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Minimum GPA: 3.0.
• U.S. citizen required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a fast-paced, high-tech environment emphasizing teamwork.
• Take on real responsibility by introducing major equipment or improving manufacturing systems.
• Support launch plans by integrating activities and guiding suppliers to adopt efficient methods and new material specs.
• Gain experience on Rolls-Royce manufacturing sites or with external supply chain teams.
