• Ability to lead process development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes, including production flow and equipment selection.
• Improve policies, procedures, and controls with global teams.
• Design, source, test, and justify tools and equipment at local and global levels.
• Develop and implement work instructions for production floors and departments.
