You will apply Lean Six Sigma, GD&T, and robust qualification methods while mentoring engineers and supporting transfers to production across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in complex assembly environments.
• Ownership of assembly line and cell design from concept to production.
• Strong hands-on experience with fixtures, jigs, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design assembly lines, cells, and workstations with layouts and takt-based balance.
• Own fixture, jig, and tooling design from concept to production implementation.
• Apply GD&T, tolerance analysis, and gage R&R to fixture and process development.
• Design material handling systems and kanban/pull systems.
• Lead root-cause analysis using 5-Why, 8D, DOE and statistical methods.
• Mentor engineers and technicians and lead design reviews for production readiness.
