Job summary

Agile Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to drive the transition of complex products from limited production into scalable commercial manufacturing in Cedar Park, Texas.

This hands-on leader will build and guide engineering teams, develop scalable processes, and own equipment qualification and process development. The role requires deep manufacturing expertise, proven leadership, and a track record of implementing DFM, PFMEAs, control plans, and

Qualifications

10+ years in core manufacturing engineering with progressive responsibility.
Hands-on, player-coach leader capable of owning technical deliverables.
Experience transitioning complex products from NPI to scalable production.
DFM experience from CAD/prototype through full production.
Experience designing/qualifying tooling, fixtures, and capital equipment.
Proven capability in process validation, SPC, and CAPA.
Comfortable working in a rapidly scaling environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers while remaining hands-on on complex projects.
Translate designs into safe, scalable, cost-effective manufacturing processes.
Design, develop, and qualify tooling, fixtures, equipment, and processes.
Maintain PFMEAs, control plans, work instructions, SOPs, and MBOMs.
Collaborate with Design Engineering for DFM across the lifecycle.
Lead capital equipment programs from business case to IQ/OQ/PQ.
Conduct process validation, capability studies, and measurement systems analysis.
Implement Lean, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Set engineering priorities, milestones, and resource plans.
Partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering for readiness.
Drive CAPA to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
Foster a culture of operational excellence, safety, and disciplined engineering.
