Job summary

Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive equipment procurement, integration, validation, and launch readiness for General Assembly programs. You will own projects from scope development to validated handoff, ensuring safe installation and capable processes.

This hands-on role requires collaboration across design, quality, operations, and supply chain to meet launch timelines. The ideal candidate has 6 years of relevant manufacturing experience, strong documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering.
6 years of manufacturing engineering experience in assembly operations or related field.
Experience with equipment integration, production launches, and RFQ inputs.
Fluent English for work instructions and communications.

Responsibilities

Define equipment scopes, technical specs, and RFQ packages before supplier award.
Lead equipment projects from design approval through build and factory acceptance testing.
Develop schedules, budgets, risk registers, and escalation paths for launches.
Coordinate across Product Design, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, and Supply Chain.
Define acceptance criteria and ensure smooth handoff to Operations.
