Job summary

RK Industries, LLC is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to develop world-class manufacturing systems for modular power and data center products. This senior technical role includes applying DFM/DFMA principles, developing assembly processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and strong knowledge of lean methodologies. This position requires both technical acumen and exceptional team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing and workstation optimization.
• Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems for production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design Engineering to eliminate DFM/DFMA risks.
• Develop and implement tooling and fixtures to improve safety.
• Champion lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
