Job summary

RK Industries, LLC seeks a Project Engineer to support modular data centers, power modules, and critical infrastructure. You will bridge design, supply chain and manufacturing, handling admin tasks essential for project delivery.

Leading this role is close collaboration with the Project Manager, preparing submittals, logs, budgets, and schedules from kickoff to shipment. Requires engineering degree and US citizenship in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship Required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with modular datacenters, power modules and electrical infrastructure preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Project).
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu preferred.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and models.
• Knowledge of Bills of Materials and typical mechanical, electrical and architectural build materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project administration and PM‑directed correspondence with owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and production to align on design requirements and material readiness.
• Maintain project budgets, scheduling updates, and tracking documents from kickoff through shipment.
• Prepare change orders with cost backup and scope clarifications.
• Create and maintain project submittals and manage approval workflows.
• Maintain logs such as RFIs, submittal registers, and risk registers.
