Job summary

ClarkDietrich Engineering Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes aligned with product specs and quality standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, design manufacturing layouts with CAD tools, program PLCs/HMI systems, and drive process improvements to reduce costs and boost efficiency. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Computer assisted design proficiency required.
• Military equivalent will be recognized in lieu of education/experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and layout planning.
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail and quality orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes meeting product specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate manufacturing launches for new or revised products.
• Create detailed layouts using CAD tools and optimize production flow.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Assist with tool and equipment selection to improve cost and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Lead cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
