Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to train operators on new or revised manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing to ensure production runs smoothly and improvements are implemented.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment on the floor and perform analysis.
• Analyze production data to reduce defects and improve OEE.
• Lead a team of engineers on complex issues and designs.
• Review CAD/SolidWorks drawings and prepare standard work instructions.
