Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises seeks a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead scale-up projects for automated manufacturing and facility expansion. You will coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality production processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and at least 10 years of experience with automated systems, PLCs, robotics, and CAD tools, with a strong focus on design for manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing engineering.
Experience with automated manufacturing systems and components (electrical/pneumatic control, PLC/ HMI, sensors, robotics).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with suppliers, contractors and stakeholders to improve assembly/manufacturing methods and procedures.
Impact part design related to design for assembly/manufacturing, error proofing, fixture design, and quality monitoring.
Lead medium to large scale automation projects from concept through implementation.
Partner with leadership and engineering teams to align equipment projects with manufacturing strategy.
Ensure operability, reliability and functional integrity of automated equipment for handover to operations.
Oversee facility expansion to support scaling of manufacturing sites.
