Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to drive scale-up of automated manufacturing projects across our U.S. operations.

You will lead initiatives from concept through capital funding and oversee successful implementation with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams. The role requires a strong background in complex automated systems, CAD proficiency, and experience delivering operable, reliable equipment for production handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or plant operations.
• Experience with automated manufacturing systems and components (electrical and pneumatic control, PLC and HMI devices, sensors, servo motors, vision systems, and robotics).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large scale manufacturing automation projects from concept through capital funding planning and approval to successful implementation.
• Lead design reviews for assembly/manufacturing processes and introduce quality monitoring improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams on new manufacturing methods and equipment.
• Ensure equipment delivery, operability, reliability, and integration with manufacturing strategy and build plans.
• Lead facility expansion efforts to support scaling of sites.
