Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises seeks a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead scale-up projects for automated manufacturing and facility expansion. You will coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality production processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and at least 10 years of experience with automated systems, PLCs, robotics, and CAD tools, with a strong focus on design for manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with automated manufacturing systems and components (electrical/pneumatic control, PLC/ HMI, sensors, robotics).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors and stakeholders to improve assembly/manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Impact part design related to design for assembly/manufacturing, error proofing, fixture design, and quality monitoring.
• Lead medium to large scale automation projects from concept through implementation.
• Partner with leadership and engineering teams to align equipment projects with manufacturing strategy.
• Ensure operability, reliability and functional integrity of automated equipment for handover to operations.
• Oversee facility expansion to support scaling of manufacturing sites.
