Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or 2-year trade school degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience: 5 years in a manufacturing environment and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing team members, including scheduling, performance reviews, corrective actions, training, and timecard approvals.
• Mentor and motivate team members to meet productivity and quality metrics and maintain a respectful work environment.
• Manage planning, scheduling and material flow to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Serve as communications hub, disseminating timely information to the team.
• Ensure routine manufacturing functions and warranty repair activities are scheduled.
