Job summary

Tenicor, LLC is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Moscow, ID to design, build, and implement automation and systems integration on the shop floor. You will own execution from plan to production, driving faster, more consistent manufacturing outcomes.

You’ll lead automation initiatives, partner with engineering, and scale manufacturing systems to support 10X growth while maintaining throughput and quality. This is an on‑site, full‑time role requiring hands‑on leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience turning a plan into repeatable, on‑the‑floor manufacturing processes.
• Hands‑on automation and integration experience (robotics, PLCs, controls).
• Familiarity with CNC machines and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Bring Tenicor’s vision for new production processes to life – from equipment selection and process design through installation, automation, and full-rate production.
• Design and implement automation and integration solutions – robotics, PLCs, custom fixturing and tooling, controls – that align with shop floor direction.
• Use data‑driven analysis to optimize processes, eliminate constraints, and increase throughput.
• Partner with the Engineering Manager and design engineers to translate new product designs into producible, efficient processes.
• Integrate new equipment and control systems into existing production lines with minimal disruption to throughput.
• Iterate the process based on testing results, floor feedback, and data – align with Tenicor’s direction.
• Be willing to learn from mistakes and collaborate across engineering, production, and quality.
