Since 2008, we have been determined in our design, development and testing of innovative and intelligent equipment.**What you’ll love to do:*** Bring Tenicor’s vision for new production processes to life – from equipment selection and process design through installation, automation, and full-rate production.* Design and implement automation and integration solutions – robotics, PLCs, custom fixturing and tooling, controls.* Use data-driven analysis to optimize processes, eliminate constraints, and increase throughput.* Partner with the Engineering Manager and design engineers to translate new product designs into producible, efficient processes.* Integrate new equipment and control systems into existing production lines with minimal disruption to throughput.* Iterate the process (over and over again...and again) based on testing results, floor feedback, and data.* Break things and learn from it.**You’ll succeed if you:*** Possess a strong attention to detail but can see the big picture.* Are not afraid to fail, learn from it, and get better than yesterday.* Have an immense bias toward action, experimentation, and forward momentum.* Can take direction and run with it.* Have hands-on experience with automation and integration – PLC programming, robotics, or custom control systems – and know your way around Fusion 360, Haas vertical milling centers, and Notion.* Understand or are excited to learn how to apply the Theory of Constraints to manufacturing processes.* Have a strong interest in shooting and tactics.
