Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or associate degree with 2+ years semiconductor experience.
2+ years semiconductor manufacturing with equipment/process/TPM knowledge.
Structured problem-solving and continuous improvement experience.
AI-enabled solutions to identify process improvements and root causes.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Drive quality excellence through deviation reduction and post-mortem facilitation.
Improve manufacturing performance by reducing downtime and optimizing maintenance.
Develop long-term strategies for equipment performance and downtime management.
Apply data analysis to identify root causes and improve decision-making.
Lead cross-functional teams with structured problem solving (8D, etc.).
Manage site initiatives and prioritize resources to meet deadlines.
Support training and technology transfer from development to high-volume MO manufacturing.
