Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12 years in automotive manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with assembly and testing of mechatronic systems.
• Proficiency with Ignition and PLC middleware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize assembly and testing processes for mechatronic products.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve OEE and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new production lines.
• Ensure data collection, traceability, and manufacturing system connectivity.
