SLPT is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance and tool room operations at our Warren, MI facility. You will drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance while developing and coaching a high-performing team.

You will partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to optimize downtime, support lean initiatives, and sustain world-class maintenance practices in a manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance and tool room employees to meet objectives.
• Manage maintenance activities for facility infrastructure and equipment.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and lead plant shutdown planning.
• Promote safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
