Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to help grow production in a precision facility in Santa Ana, CA. The role emphasizes process development, PFMEA, and shop-floor support.

BS in Engineering with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience is required. You will work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams to drive improvements and ensure high reliability of manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience supporting production equipment and shop-floor environments.
• Strong background in process development, tooling, and industrialization.
• Experience with PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives.
