Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in engineering management in manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in project management, engineering design, product development, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent engineering design software.
  • Demonstrated leadership with ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a team of engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong focus on quality control and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to liaise with stakeholders and production staff.
  • Proactive, strategic mindset with attention to detail and operational efficiency.
  • A valid engineering license or certification would be an advantage.

We're seeking a dynamic, innovative and experienced Engineering Manager to join our thriving Manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of our manufacturing processes. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in driving our success by ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations. This role is ideally suited for a proactive, strategic thinker with a proven track record in engineering management and a keen eye for quality control.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
