Job summary

Baxter seeks a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead a team of engineers and technicians in a fast-paced medical device environment in the US. You will shape the engineering roadmap, oversee process design, transfer and optimization, and partner with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory affairs to ensure compliant, high-quality production.

You will drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, cost-out programs, and capital project execution while mentoring staff and delivering scalable manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities
