Baxter is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead a diverse team of engineers and technicians in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in medical devices/healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of regulated environments (FDA, ISO, cGMP).
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma or other project/process improvement certifications.
• Experience with CAD software, simulation tools, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the design, implementation, optimization, and transfer of manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Improve productivity, reduce waste, enhance product quality, and support operational efficiency initiatives.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to identify and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Lead multiple engineering projects from concept through implementation.
