Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager at the Bellevue site to lead Electrical, Firmware, and Mechanical Engineering teams. You will drive new product development and sustaining engineering, partnering with Software, Regulatory/Quality, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering, and Marketing to deliver compliant medical devices.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in embedded systems and electromechanical product development, plus a passion for building high-performing teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product development experience in hardware.
• 5+ years engineering leadership of multidisciplinary hardware teams.
• Experience with medical device hardware in a regulated environment.
• Leadership from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical, Firmware, and Mechanical Engineering teams, fostering high-performance culture.
• Drive NPD and sustaining projects with cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure design controls, validation, and regulatory compliance across programs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations to optimize manufacturability and serviceability.
