Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to oversee assembly and packaging of medical devices across multiple processes. You will plan production, create work orders, and train technicians while ensuring GDP/GMP compliance and safety on the floor.

The role requires ERP experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to cross-train in at least two areas. A high school diploma is required, with an Associate's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• ERP system experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with GDP/GMP and cGMP expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly, packaging, and related manufacturing processes for medical devices.
• Plan schedules, create work orders, and manage ERP transactions.
• Train, mentor, and coach Manufacturing Technicians; cross-train as needed.
• Maintain GMP, GDP, and safety standards in daily operations.
• Escalate issues to supervisors and back-up for supervisor duties.
