Altria Client Services in Richmond, VA seeks a Manager of Communications Content to translate complex strategies into clear, compelling communications across internal and external audiences. You will lead narrative development, messaging, and content across channels for a Fortune 500 company.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in communications or content strategy, with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex topics.
Experience translating strategies into clear messaging across channels.

Mansioni

Serve as primary communications partner for assigned functions, translating priorities into messaging for internal and external audiences.
Create narrative frameworks, talking points, FAQs, presentations, articles, social posts, press releases, website copy, and other materials.
Use end-to-end processes and Adobe tools to align content with enterprise messaging and brand standards.
Monitor issues and developments, providing communications support for priority initiatives and sensitive topics.
Collaborate with Earned Media & Enterprise Channels to adapt content for various channels.
Review content for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with strategies and channel objectives.
