Job summary

Philip Morris USA in Virginia is seeking a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Communications to develop and deliver communication strategies that engage employees with our business and culture.

You will partner with leaders across the organization to drive timely, accurate employee communications, manage channels, and support leadership communications and trainings. This on-site role offers hybrid flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing employee communications and training programs.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience facilitating training, workshops, meetings, or employee development programs.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that support organizational priorities and business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing employee communications, engagement initiatives, and/or training programs.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience facilitating training, workshops, meetings, or employee development programs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $91,500.00 - $132,750.00.
