Responsibilities

Prepare monthly manual journal entries for month-end close and accruals.
Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure GAAP compliance.
Support internal and external audits with documentation and procedures.
Monitor inventory transactions and manufacturing accounting processes.
Provide variance analysis and communicate risks and opportunities to management.
Develop financial models, dashboards, and management reports.
Collaborate with multiple departments to provide timely financial information.
Identify and implement process improvements and controls.
Participate in system implementations and upgrades as needed.
Support special financial analyses for management.
