Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of accounting experience with progression in responsibilities.
• Experience with POC accounting, cost accounting, and/or manufacturing accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting functions and prepare reports reflecting earnings and financial results.
• Manage the full-cycle month-end close process for manufacturing and distribution units.
• Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements.
• Support audits and maintain standard costs, inventory valuation, and cost allocations.
• Develop financial models and management reporting tools.
