Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience or Master's in Accounting/Finance.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly manual journal entries (bad debt, T&E, month-end/quarter-end/year-end).
• Reconcile accounts to GAAP and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
• Monitor inventory transactions and manufacturing accounting costs.
• Perform variance analysis and report risks/opportunities to management.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports.
• Provide management with timely analyses across departments.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve controls.
• Participate in system implementations and upgrades.
• Support special financial analyses as needed.
• Assist AR reporting and revenue recognition reviews.
