Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA preferred or active license.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and deadlines.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting docs.
• Oversee general ledger activity and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Lead internal/external audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with operations to provide financial insights and improvements.
• Drive policy updates, controls, and process enhancements.
