ICW Group seeks an experienced attorney to manage workers’ compensation matters across state courts and boards. You will handle investigations, discovery, depositions, and trials with minimal supervision while delivering strategic, cost-effective resolutions.

The role requires a JD, active California Bar license, 5–8 years of workers’ compensation litigation, and strong research, negotiation, and client communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed California attorney in good standing; no bar history.
• 5–8 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience.
• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the CA Bar.
• Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of California workers’ compensation matters.
• Oversee investigations, discovery, trial prep, and court proceedings.
• Represent ICW Group before state and federal courts and boards.
• Provide strategic legal advice and communicate with claims personnel.
