Job summary

ICW Group, headquartered in San Diego, is seeking a California-licensed attorney to handle workers’ compensation litigation with 5–8 years of experience. The role requires a JD, CA Bar admission, and strong research and negotiation skills.

You will represent ICW Group in court, coordinate with claims, and supervise paralegals. The position involves office-based work with travel to various court locations in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school required.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides litigation services for Workers’ Compensation matters.
• Manages entire legal process from investigation to trial prep.
• Litigates in California state and federal courts and before administrative boards.
• Represents ICW Group before courts and regulatory bodies.
• Holds timely filing of pleadings and motions; communicates with clients and claims personnel.
