You will manage a caseload of defence-side workers’ compensation matters and gain real exposure to hearings, strategy, and advocacy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of workers’ compensation experience is preferred but not required for strong candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of defence-side workers’ compensation matters.
• Engage in all stages of litigation, including case evaluation and strategy, discovery and legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending hearings and appeals board proceedings.
• Work closely with senior attorneys while building independent case management skills.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear, strategic advice.
