Job summary

Dynatrace seeks a Sr. Managing Architect to lead a focused team of SMEs within the Center of Excellence for Dynatrace Customer Success. You own mission-critical topics such as logs, security, cloud, Kubernetes, and developer observability, while remaining hands-on and shaping best practices.

You mentor staff, influence GTM programs and drive consistent technical excellence across the organization. You partner with R&D, Sales Engineering and other teams to scale expertise, deliver thought

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a consultant or architect on technical, agile teams.
• 2+ years leading technical people with output responsibility.
• Experience with deployment automation, cloud-native design and modern software processes.

Responsibilities

• Technical ownership of mission-critical topics and deliverables to scale expertise.
• Provide SME guidance while remaining hands-on with the platform.
• Develop, document and promote best practices and reference models.
• Lead customer engagements and pilots with account teams.
• Mentor SMEs, grow technical depth, and drive asset creation.
• Collaborate across Dynatrace Success, R&D, Sales Engineering and other teams.
• Define processes to balance resources and manage KPIs.
